The Clarion Wellness Centre
The SEA LION HOTEL is proud to announce the opening of it's wellness centre. The services available are mainly 4 ; the fitness area with the revolutionary "POWER PLATE" VIBRATING PLATFORM, a machine that with a 10 minute workout will have you gain muscle tone and enjoy an anti-stress effect that you wouldn't expect with such a short use, because the Sea Lion doesn't want you to take our word for it but give you the possibility to try it and see the results with a measuring tape in your hands. Besides the Power Plate there is also a treadmill, an execise bike and a multi-task machine for your use. They're use is free of charge, but an appointment is necessary.
The second service that is located in the wellness area is formed by a 60 minute itinerary that begins with 10 minutes in a whirlpool with a high oxygen potential after which you pass to the turkish bath with aroma-chromo therapy for 20 minutes, after which you will immerge yourself in the enveloping warmth of the Finnish steam room for 10 minutes and then to finish you will "EMOTION YOURSELF" with a shower with chromo therapy where for 5 minutes you will be surrounded by puffs of water and cascades with cold jets of water. These services can also be used singularly.
We continue with the solar shower stall complete with creams to protect the skin and for after tanning. The last service available is a massage corner where qualified staff make 6 different kinds of massages with oils and perfumed essences, a reservation must be made a day before. All the services described above must be reserved at your arrival at the hotel, those that book the wellness area will receive a soft robe, a towel and slippers to be used in the wellness centre.
The opening hours are from 5:30pm to 9:30pm from Monday to Friday.
Regarding Wellness, if there are reservations made by women, that ask for exclusive use, the last hour will be reserved for this service. Thanks and ENJOY YOUR RELAX ....
