Pescara is a young city, founded in 1927 and characterized by the sea, pine woods and a wide beach.

D'Annunzio House: is the house where born the poet Gabriele D'Annunzio, that was declared national monument in 1927. It is one of the most visited monuments in the city.

Cascella Museum: it has more than 500 paintings, sculptures, pottery and graphic masterpieces by the Cascella Family.

Museo delle Genti d'Abruzzo: it exhibits Abruzzese typical costumes, craftsmanship items, potteries from Castelli, ex voto, and much more...

Corso Manthonè: it is the historical heart of the city of Pescara and nowadays it hosts restaurants, disco-bar, shops, pubs. It is the most favorite places of the city by the youth.
